It's better not to send files on the forum, that's why I asked for a screenshot.
I can't understand where you get this error from. What is exactly "affectel" ?
Nevertheless, you may learn a bit on importing data from our online manual.

Also, you try this : Create an activity in ProjeQtOr. Export it. Then open it as a .csv file. Edit it, like for instance, changing the name. Then import the file. It may help you to understand how the import feature works.

Which version of ProjeQtOr are you using, please ?
Do you have any error in the logs, in the console log also ?
And again, can you make a screenshot of the error you have, please, so we can perfectly understand what is happening ? Thanks 🙂

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce an error while exporting .cvs file of activities, editing the name and then importing the file again. It works fine for me.

Take into consideration that some data are mandatory, the ones with the red line at the left.
So if you try to import a file in which those mandatory informations are missing, you surely will get an error.

Also, please use the lastest stable version of ProjeQtOr, which is not V11.1.5.
