Hi, I have installed many CMS or other PHP software via FTP and MySQL on an Aruba shared instance, and I've never experienced this kind of issue.I'm trying to install version 12.4.2, but on the configuration page, when I fill out the form with the correct server/database details, the system keeps showing an error message: "SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1044 Access denied for user...".What I noticed in the red box where the error is reported, is that the name of the database is forced to lowercase, while in my case the first letter is capitalized and I don't have the privilege to rename it.

Could you help me with this issue/potential bug?
