I do not understand why my user is not able to have access to magnifying glass and blue arrow for searching in "demandeur" window. All security rule are opened...

OK, he has specific access right.
So it may be because he has not "read" right to corresponding screen.
Indeed, he is Gestionnaire
So more than only reader
IT is not the access rights on current item that is important.
It is access rights on "Contact" (from which list of "Demandeur" is defined)
Yiur user must not have access to this screen.
