I'm having display issue in the program, but before submitting my issue, I would like to update the plugin, I have version V5.1 of the plugin and I would like to download the new version but the issue is, can't remember username/password, and when i'm using your tools "Forgot username" or "forgot Password" i'm not receiving anything from you. Like a email with the reset password link. Try the email on the invoice and all other possible email that i could have used, it's not working.

Can you help getting my account back in order for me to download the updated plugin.
