2 Users of our organisation have the same problem

Both using an apple device, after entering credential to log in the application, they have a blank page that never loads

all other tests done on Windows/Linux PC and android devices log in properly

The same problem on desktop apple on safari. I can only use projeqtor on chrome.
Not easy to have a log file, i am abroad this week, as soon as i come back i will share it.
The issue is the same: blank page, no errors, no messages.

On iPad I tried to force the desktop/mobile site and the login appears. But logged in the page is again white. It seems it is in the background because if i reload the page it asks me to confirm as there is a session active.

It seems your browser has issue to load dojo framework (the dijit part).
Can you please test one thing : on other browser where projector works, connect with same user and swith to old GUI in users parameters.
Then try again with safari.
Does it work this way ?
 

Hello! No, it does not resolve a problem. I open Projeqtor 11.3.0 via Opera browser, set new interface = false, then switch to Safari browser and see blank screen after page refresh. If i click refrsh several times, sometimes i get login screen, but after input loginpassword? when i click Login, i still see blank screen in Safari.
