Hello,
i'm doing a "fresh" install of V13.1.3 from zip.
Configuration screen are correctly loaded and i set all paramters, then i get the message "next screen connect as admin/admin", then :Not FoundThe requested URL /view/view/index.php was not found on this server.
It seems there's a mistake with redirect with /view/view...
Tried to remove
chdir(dirname(__FILE__).'/view');
from ./view/index.php but no better...
Any idea ?

About your issue, I think you reached page
https://yourserver/projeqtor/view/main.php
instead of just
https://yourserver/projeqtor
Install is on html directory and access directly via https://projeqtor. (projeqtor is the A entry for DNS).
Can't investigate more and doing a new install with V 11.0.1 and upgrade...

I disinstall it to get back from V 11.0.1.
All is lost on V13 :):):) !
