As I want to close the resource following save after adding close date and marking close (refer the "resource closed.jpg" attached herewith), system is showing message asking to close dependent activity #288, when I checked activity #288, I can't find that resource there to close!
Could you please assist me to resolve this?
You must not close the activity, but change the responsible of the activity.
You cannot have a non closed activity with a responsible that is closed.

The reason behind this suggestion is that I've noticed a repetition of questions related to resource closure. Having clear guidance upfront would help streamline the process.

Thank you for your suggestion. I followed step F1, but unfortunately, I still don't understand. I also tried searching for the phrases 'invalid control' and 'Resource close' within the help manual. Could you please take a look?
