i can't add new custom report.
Add button is disabled, even with admin account.
I reinstall custom reprot plugin but nothing change.
Any idea ?

Check access rights to Template report screen (in acces to data depending on project)
Here are access rights.
I use an account with administrator rights (or directly admin, result is the same).
This is the menu "per project"
Take care that as an admin you have access to the global screen (not project dependant) that may have different rights

But strange that value where modified for admin profile...
