Hi,
I encountered such a problem.
Custom fields (in the ticket tab) depending on the language setting, display correctly or with an error.
How do these fields behave in the context of languages where only one name is defined?

Screen customization can define text for captions in only one language. The one selected by user using the plugon to customize screen.
If you need to have translation in other language, you'll need the Personalized Translation plugin.
