I have something strange in the Monthly ressources availability report.
For one of the ressources, it displays a negative number between -0,13 to -1 when there are between 1 and 8 hours entered in the imputations (1 day = 8 hours).
For all other ressources, the display is coherent (0 when 8 hours are entered in the imputations, positive number if less than 8 hours are entered in the imputations, and red negative number if more than 8 hours are entered in the imputations).
Can this be linked to planned tasks ? I'm not sure as only 1 ressource is impacted with this strange displaying...

Negative availability means overuse.
This can occur in two cases :
1) someone calculated a project with overuse feature on
2) resource entered real work different from planned, and project planning is not recalculated (so real + pexisting planned is over capacity)

Thanks for the quick reply. Effectively we were in case 2 => planning not recalculated for one of our projects.
