although external Project leader dont have the right to Access the form "Activitiy Stream" they see the notes in the activity stream on the right side of the Screen.
can i Change this, so that the external Project leader dont see the activity stream.

No,
and content of activity stream is also displayed on notes
and there's no way to hide notes (except not setting them plublic)
