Hello,
I'm facing an issue when i want to affect a resource to a project i can't see the correct profile for this resource while the profile "développeur " is define
I don't have this problem with administrator status. Is this comming from my profile access rights?

It depends on orders of profiles
Look at Profiles list in profile screen and possibly add order column
You'll see taht profiles are order depending on value of this column.
Now, you cannot allocate resource to a project with a profile that is "above" (in the list) you own profile.
For instance, if you have Project Leader profile, you cannot allocate resource with Admin profile.
