[#5953]

Hi,

Maybe I am not using the module as it should, but I am not able to see all actions in the reports (risk management, and opportunities).

If I select a project, I get just One action in the report instead of the 27 actions actually opened. If iI select another project, I got 0 actions instead of the 17 opened.

What is the correct use of the report module ? Should I see all the actions in the report or juste some actions with criteria ?

Regards

Hi,
Maybe this problem is linked with another one : when trying to access automated reports for user menu, I get an error : "Undefined variable : listedUser in AutoSendReport.php at line 272.

In Risk Management Plan you will see only actions that are linked to a risk or to an opportunity or to an issue.
All actions are not linked to Risks Management Plan (you can for instance have Meeting actions)

Issur you face has no link with Risk Management Plan.

This issue appears because Visibility restriction of current user (limited to same organization or same team or else) does not allow him to see users, not even himself.
This issue will be fixed on next patch.

In risk management plan, under the top project, I see an action that is not linked with any risk or opporunity or problem, and that whas not created inside the Meeting module and not linked to any meeting anyway.

So, I thought I should see all actions in the risk management plan report.

Is there any way to get a report of the status of actions for a selected project ? No matter if they are or not linked to a rsk, an opportunity or a problem ?

Regards,
