I'm using template reports and today, i can't create or modify any reports even with "Admin" account.
I'm using my account (with administrator profile) to access ProjeQtOr and can't create or modifiy any reports, trying with "admin" account is not better.
I'm reinstalling plugin, nothing better.

Yes.

Yes, but did you check that acces rights definition is correct for Admin profile ?
(it should be manager +)
Can't find rights for reports.
I didn't modify standards rights for administrator profile...
Where can i find rights definition for custom reports ?
I find the rights like in your screen and it is ok (gestionnaire +) but nothing better...
Which version of ProjeQtOr and which version of the plugin are you using ?
Problem occurs even on V11.2.0 and V11.1.4

Just take care that there are 2 screens :
- Template report per project where access right is defined in Access to Data (project dependant)
- Template report where access right is defined in Access to Data (not project dependant)
As an admin, you should configure the second one
