In some cases, the selection of a ticket fails. The attempt to select the ticket has no effect and the previously selected ticket remains open.
To reproduce on demo.projeqtor.org, connect with the manager user and go to the tickets.
In the id filter, enter 195 and select ticket #195 (which opens).
Then, in the id filter, enter 191 and select ticket #191 => nothing happens, ticket #195 is still open.
In the list, ticket #191 should not be highlighted since it is not actually selected.
I think the same problem exists on other type of elements.

The steps indicated in my initial post allow to reproduce it systematically. I just checked and reproduce again.

Yes, when applying filter first list item is still concidered as selected even if it's not tha last selected one.

FYI, I understood that the issue occurs when the ticket selected first is the one with the largest id among the unclosed tickets in the selected project (on demo.projeqtor.org, this is currently id #202 for all projets).
Furthermore, the issue only occurs if no columns are sorted.

I see that ticket #5797 is canceled but I am still reproducing the issue on V9.4.0 (on demo).
Do you need additional information ?

There is no anomaly in the browser console.
I reproduce with Chrome 96.0.4664.110, Firefox 95.0.2 and Edge 96.0.1054.62.

This is the point we missed.
Indeed, when selected item is the last one, issue occurs.
