Hi,
i meet an issue during 9.3.2 blank (first) installation on REDHAT .
The first install step is ok, then, the processus start, and the home appears with the 'upgrade in progress, only admin can connect'.
It never finished, and the message still displayed indefinitely.
i found in the logs files, these informations :

Module php_json is missing on your configuration.

But there is no error message in the installation php module check page.

Because php_json is a default module that should always be installed with PHP.
I don't know why your distribution does not include it, as 99% of php applications will use json.
Like you, i dont know why the php_json is not installed on my REDHAT server.
But, now, it's installed and the installation process seems to work better.

Unfortunately, the installation process failed.
Strange, this is the first time i met an issue with Projeqtor installation process.
After investigation i found that the installation process is creating the database but not any table inside it.
I'm on mysql 8.0.21, PHP 7.2.24, on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 (Ootpa) 64 bits.
PHP modules installed are : bz2, calendar, Core, ctype, curl, date, dom, exif, fileinfo, filter, ftp, gd, gettext, hash, iconv, imap, json, ldap, libxml, mbstring, mysqli, mysqlnd,
openssl, pcntl, pcre, PDO, pdo_mysql, pdo_sqlite, Phar, readline, Reflection, session, SimpleXML, soap, sockets, SPL, sqlite3, standard, tokenizer, wddx, xml, xmlreader
xmlwriter, xsl, zip, zlib.
any idea ?

i solved my issue, it was coming from my server configuration.
apache user had No acces to Projeqtor folder : attach, docs, logs, and or conf.
It can be useful for other people.
