I'm a new user. Even if default language is 'fr'in global parameters/localization, words are still in english, except for screen identification.
is it normal or should i change other parameters?

User must select language in User Parameters (and save parameters to retreive value on each new connection).
Default language is for :
- connection (user is not known yet)
- defaut language until user selects his own choice.

i use v3.0.2
in user parameters i do not find language (see screen shot).
I don't see your print screen.
Here what you should have in "User Parameters" screen.
find enclosed screen shot using explorer.
when i changed browser using firefox problem was fixed. now it's OK.

Shouldn't system default language be the default language for each user, until the user choses a different one?
I mean, if system default language is 'fr', all users which did not chose other languages should have 'fr' as language.

It was first behavior.
Was removed because was setting a mess in language selection.
Will be studied again on further version.
