Hello, I just started Projeqtore, so I often ask questions. How can I assign? And where can I see the (suggestion, complaint, etc.) coming to the ticket section? How do I send the tickets to the person concerned? where will the person I sent the ticket look for? I would be very happy if you helped.:)

I suggest to you if you have not ever read the contextual help, to press f1 from the screen ticket. It would be helpful.
