Do you want to remove the column or clean the data for some projects ?

I want to keep this column but just clean data for some projects.

I think it's not necessary to show this end date for a project which is disable. It's just my opinion

There is no way to hide this date unles you update the code of /view.today.php
If is the planned end date of the project, that is automatically calculated from data on the project.

Only thing you can do is hide the project by closing it.

If i close the project, after, it's impossible to create a ticket on it. So, for me it's not a solution.

So, do you think it will be possible to clear this date in the future version ?

So I don't understand your remark "it's not necessary to show this end date for a project which is disable".
If project is disable, then you may close it.

Well, No.
There is nothing planned this way as it fits needs of most users.
