Great to see the API out in the latest version, opens up some cool possibilities hooking up external systems or writing some new UIs for specific information.

When would the product see a POST API for example being able to update existing ticket titles / descriptions / add new comments?

I recently wanted to push clients onto the ORIA system for support... but the MD has said it doesn't look good enough/easy to use :angry: to placate we will probably write a wrapper via API to make a support system that ties in directly. Perhaps others would find this useful also, obviously only an idea at present!
