I would like to know how are chosen emoticons in the project dashboard.
What are the rules?
Has it a relationship with the quality levels ?

For the project summary :
if Planned work green
if Planned work = Validated work => yellow
if Planned work > Validated work => red
For the activity type summary ;
if Planned work green
if Planned work = Assigned work => yellow
if Planned work > Assigned work => red
