Hello,
I wish to highlight the delays in schedule but I do not find the way to do this.
If a task must be realized from 2 till 4 April and if finally it was made from 5 till 7 April, I would want to see appearing 3 days of delay even if the task is finally done.
The same thing if it was necessary 2 days more to realize a task I would want to see it.
Is this possible ?

All depends on how you would wand to see it 😉
If you defined validated end date (meaning target end date), and planned end date is over this date, task line in Gantt is red insted of green.
In V5, planned end date will also be highlighted in this case.
