In the menu “report, planning, work plan per month” (see attached display copy), how is calculated (or where do it come from) the planned days ? : see data surrounded in red in the attached display copy.

Planned days come from Planning Calculation, that you can run on Planning Gantt view.
Planning takes into account all constraints about Resource capacity, affectation rate, work assigned, assignment rate, planning mode for tasks, depedencies between tasks and priorities.
