Just to let you know, look's like I've got quite the same pb.. activities with responsable /Assign ppl (not already taken in charge) nothing appear neither calendar nor "mensual report for ressource") for the concern period... try with admin right visiblity... V8.4.3 regards

I'm not sure issue may come from this, but sure you should change rights on log folder so that ProjeQtOr can write to it.
Possibly there was an error that could not be loggued so we don't have the information.

Now your loging works fine, recalculate planning.
Have a look at log file to see if there is any error. Report here any error
If non error looguer on planning view, have right click on gantt bar and post screenshot of result

I have recalculated the planning, i do not have any error loggued but i still have the same problem.
This is the screeshot of the grant bar with right clik. it seems like planning have not be recalculated even if i did

It is clear the planning was not calculated for this task.
It could come from several points :
- Administrative project : they are never calculated. But they don't appear on planning chart, so it's not the case
- Project with "fix planning" : this planning will not be calculated. But such project appear with lock icon (instead of gear), so it's not the case
- Activity with "fix planning" : check this point !

I tried several cases.
Only case when I can reproduce your behavior, is if you allocate the resource to the project with allocation rate= 0% (meaning resource cannot spend any time on the project).
Please verify this.

Hi,

Reported issues have nothing to deal with planning "not calculated".
They are results of right-click on Action item in Global planning.
We'll bring a fix to avoid these logs.

For your issue, please poste screenshot of allocation of resource to project and resource screen.
We must control allocation rate and capacity of the resource.

Allocation of the resource to the project (affectation) is closed.
So this resource is not part of the project team any more.
It is normal that it is not planned.

I have unchecked the "close" Box on allocation ressource, I still have the same issue

same remark again...
Is it normal to not have a "start date" for any of my ressource ont the ressource planning view ?
i just have the "end date", maybe this is my issue ?

Your issue is the allocation dates to the project.
Only 2 days is very short 😉
Try and remove the allocation dates.

i have tried your solution.. still not working.
