I need send a mail at each ressource of a project.
In "Contrôle & Automatisation" - "Envoi de mail" (in french), I've created a new event :
element : Project
New state : In progress
But I can't check "ressources" ...
How can I do ?

Because you should not check "assigned resources" (wich only concernes activities).
You must check "Project Team", which are all resources "affected" to the project.
Remember
"assigned" => to activity
"affected" => to project
