But, if I have some modifications in TicketMain.php, I need change the file "lang.js" (for me in ...tooli18n ..tooli18nnlsfr)
I think the change it's for the plug-in "Customization of screens", but you planned to do ?

Each plugin can have its own translation files, in nls format.

I want more field in TicketMain.
I do a copy of "TicketMain.php" in "modelcustom". I do my change in this file.

You need to copy Ticket.php and not TicketMain.php !!!
(otherwise you won't keep compatibility with standard version)

Or use the "Personalized translation" plugin.
NB : this is exactly what "Screen Customization" plugin does. 😉
