My company operates 24 hours, 7 days a week and with the Planning feature it actually plans activities and work for my contractors and staff (resources) on the weekend. While some of them would work weekends, other resources do not work on weekends. How can I set up the planning for resources that do not work on Saturdays or Sundays.

Define some calendars for each kind of resources.
Then allocate correct calendar to every resource.
