I recently installed version 8.4.3, open the login page and put my login credentials, the page only shows the credential sending wait circle and does nothing else. Review the installation log and display everything ok without any errors, try to access and you will see that it does not dial or login error or the option to change password.

You have error 500 : internal error.
So you may find errors in php or apache error log file
