I have a problem since two days, I have created accounts of my new users in the tool, they are received the identifiers by mail but they can not identify themselves.
The problem is that no error is reported either on the identification interface or in the logs.

You still on version 9.0.2 ?
If it is the case upgraded to the latest stable version -> V9.1.5 and see if fixed this.
