For example, we have one resource on a project with two different functions on it (team leader and Java developer). So, 20% of the time the resource spends to team lead and 80% to develop a program.
I know that it is possible to add a resource to a specific activity with different fuctions but the problem is that when I create a ticket and add this resource to it, the real time goes to main function automatically. So, do I understand correctly that it is impossible to select a function on the ticket for that resource?
The main tast is to understand how much time the resource spends to team lead and to develop.
How to deal with it?

Yes, you're right, if resource has several assignments to same activity, you cannot choose function.
Solution could be to have 2 activities, one for each function, then ticket will be linked to corresponding activity.
Other option could be to enter work directly on the activity (thought the timesheet) and not through the ticket.
