I create a ticket with some description content, and I don't want other member mistake to modify it. So the content of description should be displayed as read only by default. How can I?

If you displaying as readonly by default, noone will be able to enter date in the description 😉
This cannot be done on standard version.
With our screen customization plugin, you can define that the field will be readonly :
- either for given profiles
- or for given status (then you can for instance define that it can be changed only when status is recorded, and becomes readonly after)
