With the new type of expenditure for activities, are these summed up for the related project? for example: does an expenditure of 100 000 € on activity 1 and 50 000 € on activity 2 cause an amount of project expenditure of 150 000 € ?

Yes of course. Everything is always consolidated towards the project.
This doesn't work for validated cost.
Validated cost for project is always an input, even if some validated cost exist for activities.
Notice it in documentation will be usefull.

We talk about the consolidation of the workload and the costs validated in the manual but it is true that we did not make it two pages...
