Sometimes a resource becomes suddenly unavailable (e.g. falls sick, has family emergency, called away on sudden tour, etc). In such cases the PM has to ask another developer to take over immediately and finish the remaining work.
Please provide a feature where an existing resource is replaced by alternative resource.

This already exists : replace allocation of resource to project.
