I meet a problem with history of changes. In fact, when i consult all records of changing for somes tickets, several times i have only one record int this popup history of changes. It seems me that it's the last recorded

It is because change history now has archive (to imprive performance).
And history data for closed items is automatically archived, only keeing last one (the action which archived to history)
You can retreive global history with the "show archived history" button
on right part of history header

However, i meet a problem when i want export to pdf format the history .. Below error message :

Sorry, I cannot reproduce on V8.4.5.
Can you please try and reproduce on Demo (demo.projeqotr.org) ?
If you reproduce, tell us wich item shows the issue.
If you don't, concider migrzting to V8.4.5
