Im trying to conne my ldap with projeqtor, i always got an error message in my log

2018-07-09 14:39:09.272 ** ERROR ***** [V7.0.9] cause = ldap_bind(): Unable to bind to server: Can't contact LDAP server
but i cant figure out which problem there is in this file can someone help me please. I atttached my config php files
