Sometimes when I want to attach file on tickets, I have a error message: attachementRefId parameter not found in REQUEST.
what's happen, I'm on 7.1.2 version
How do you attach the file ?
by drag and drop or opening file
Could you confirm that error message deals with "attachmentRefId" and not "attachementRefId" ?
it's "attachmentRefId"
Could not reproduce.
Tried a patch on V7.1.3
Please confirm if issue is fixed (when patch is deployed)
I am also facing the same error. Currently I am using v7.4.1.
Appreciate on any help.
