Par exemple une activité de gestion de mails (en dehors de projet particuliers disons que la gestion de mails est tout projet confondus)
je me dis que la gestion avec le planning "récurrent" est bien pour faire ça

I think I have found to manage my fund tasks I created a large global project in which I put all my other projects in sub-project and including a recurring task for the background task

Hi,
ProjeQtor does not manage recurring tasks, but can manage single tasks with recurring planning.
With planning mode "Recurring" you can define planned work on a weekly basis (0,5 day every wednesday and every friday for instance)
To create your recurring task, select the "recurring" planning mode on your activity in the progress > management section
Then fill in the daily workload over a working week which will automatically apply to the total duration of the project on which it depends.
you find this information in our online manual or by pressing the F1 key directly from your ProjeQtOr session
