We have a support project, associates working in different organization types (location & units)
We would like to provide access based on the organization types (location & unit), so that the respective associates can view their own tickets alone and work appropriately.

There is no access rights base on Organization (we manage organization in projeqtor)
But you can manage what you expect with project.
Just create "fake" projects (they are not real project, just container) for the organisation
Project BCT
Sub-Project Unit 1
Sub-Project Location 1
They you allocate resources depending on rights you want to give.
Allocate Project Manager to Project BCT
Allocate Unit 1 Manager to Sub-Project Unit 1
Allocate User 1 to Sub-Project Location 1
