I have a couple of questions regarding activity assignment. I uploaded a list of activities using "Import Data" (in CSV format). However, I still need to go through every activity one-by-one to add an assigned date and an assigned rate for every resource. I have two questions regarding this:
1) Is there a way to bulk select activities and use the same information on every activity (in terms of resource used, rate, and time assigned)?
2) Is there a way to upload this data in CSV format when I initially upload data for every activity?

No, there is no, except copy activity...

No, not when you upload activity as it is a one-to-many relationship (an activity can have several assignments) and you cannot represent this is csv format.
But you can import assignements !
