I would add a menu in List of Types.
I added a row in the table called menu.
When I replace an existing row, my new menu works but when I add it alone. It does not.
I have tried a lot of number for sortOrder colomn to place it between two working menus, but still does not work...
Should I declare it somewhere else ?
Maybe I must configure something else in the database.

You must also add habilitation.
Either you add new lines in the table, on go to acces screen "Parameters" > "Habilitation" > "Access to screens".
