Hello
I would like to ask if I can restrict the assign button so only one responsible user can take the ticket without allowing other users from the same group to assign the ticket to themselves.

Hello,
you have in the global parameters in the Work tab in the tickets section, the parameter "only responsible works on ticket".
Otherwise, to fine-tune the tickets even more in the specific accesses, in the section specific update rights you have the parameter "can enter work on tickets" where you assign access to the profile and finally in the access to data dependent on the project, you can assign specific CRUD rights by profile.
