I have a planning issue. I want to assign different users to the same task to do something at the same time.
As example a training.
10 group members has to follow a training of 1 day. I want to assign all these people to that task because I want to calculate the project cost. If I just assign them, the planned duration will be 10 days. But it will be 1 day with 10 recourses with the same task.
How can I do this?
If you assign 10 resources, 1 day each, duration will not systematically be 10 days, it can be more or less, each resource being planned at different date.
You can simply use planning mode "work together". This will force to find a day where every resource is available.
Or, if you know the day (for a training course it seems valid) just use a meeting !
