Thanks again for your training last week, being a seminar last Friday, I only started this morning to prepare the "typical" construction of our project portfolio that I will have to pass on to the Project Managers.

For example on the CMMS project, I proceeded as follows:

1. I inserted 4 "templates" of projects:
Pre-project phase
Preparation phase
Deployment Phase
Post-Deployment Phase
That I copied in internal projects and I declared them "sub-projects" of the project "Automate the Maintenance and Management of premises"

I declared the predecessors and successors to each of the phases:
- Pre-project phase: successor element: "Preparation phase"
- Preparation Phase: Predecessor Element: "Pre-Project Phase" - Sucessor Element "Deployment Phase"
Etc.

2. I have prepared a CMMS resource pool with its members.

I assigned the "CMMS" resource pool to the project "Automate Maintenance and Premises Management"

3. I created activities and assigned them to my resources

The result is as follows: the progress of the project "Automate maintenance and management of premises" with its status, its situation as well as its sub-projects

However I block: I want to recover my 4 project models:
Pre-project phase
Preparation phase
Deployment Phase
Post-Deployment Phase

And assign them to other portfolio projects ... .. but I'm afraid to erase the data I already saved in the previous project.
Can you help me on this subject ??
In advance thank you for your return.
Yours truly

If my understanding is correct, you have temples as
#1 Pre-project phase
#2 Preparation phase
#3 Deployment Phase
#4 Post-Deployment Phase
(exemples of ids)

You copied them and then have
#5 Pre-project phase
#6 Preparation phase
#7 Deployment Phase
#8 Post-Deployment Phase
and you made changes on these 4 projects.

Now you want to create new projets.
You can again copy #1, #2, #3, #4 into new projets (#9, #10, #11, #12) : this will not impact your first copies #5, #6, #7, #8
