is it possible in the budget part to provide for the resources budget? or only material project expenses?

Hello,
I guess the problem is to take into account the resources’ cost in a budget.
Currently, we only define project or individual expenses related to a given budget ; I guess dep@eca.fr wants to also define activities so their associated cost can be tracked from the budget point of view.
