Fisrt thank you for you software and your help.
On the demo mode I can't find the menu to define a new customer. I saw the picture of the icon in you pesentation and manul but not in the menues !

Check environmental parameters and resources or users...if its are not displayed, check your profile (at least leader project )
It is because on Demo only admin users have hability to see customer screen.
It is some behavior that can be changed thruogh parameters, but will not on demo.
You will get full acces on your own instance, whever you install it on premise or request for hosted instance.

So is it possible to install a full operative version on a simple personnal computer in order to have all menues or is it mandatory to have an infrastructure with a server for the installation (I tried to install a version on my on PC without success)?

Just to test, a laptop is enough to discover the menu. On windows, install easyphp or any WAMP . On linux, you need to install a LAMP (Apache, MySQL, Php).
