Hi, today I wanted to give some rights to someone but I can't manage to do it entirely :
I need him to be able set the field : 'estimated time' of tickets.
Another profile already is able to do this, and I can't manage to find the good right parameters even comparing the two profiles on these screens :

I guess your user has access to Ticket Simple, where he has no wirte access on treatment part (except status).
Give him access to ticket.
