Hi,
Could you explain please?s t why i cannot create a customer order while having a project in progress ? Or is there another blocking issue ?

Because you don't have rights to create command on the selected project.
Maybe you can on another one, but not on this one.
Remember yu can have different rights on projects depending on allocation profile.

Sorry but i didn't mention that my profile is projeqtor admin. The rights per default are "gestionnaire+" for every item including the incomes.

But possibly you are allocated to some project with other profie.
This mayu "remove" some rights on this project.
