Je voudrais savoir comment faire afin de pouvoir passer un projet en "clos" quand il reste du temps dessus.

It is not possible to close a projets (nor any item) with left work.
The reason is that is should false every planning, as this left work is somewhat planned and uses some resource availability.
So it is important to remove all left work before closing an item.
You can easily do this throught Activity screen (updating left work on assignments) or throught "Real work allocation".
