At the moment the system requires you to:
- Close all tickets
- Close all milestones
- Close the project
Is there no easier way to close a project, in the event you don't care which tickets/milestones are within it? I.e. Legacy Projects, Dead Projects.
The easiest thing would be force this via the database... but I know that would create a mess with missing certain aspects with column values.
No, there is no easier way.
It is a constraint to force you to close project only when all its items are clean, and avoid closing a project with some left work, that could be a mess with future planning.
But it is easy to close all non closed item with multiple-update capacity...
this functionality will verifay that you close "closable" items and that no cleansing is required.
