hi i have this message"SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Aucune connexion na pu être établie car lordinateur cible la expressément refusée.
dsn = mysql:host=localhost;port=5432" when i want to configure projeqtor on wampserver.please i want help

Connection refused : either credentials to DB are incorrect or configuration of DB refused remote connection.
If you use port 5432, I guess you connect to PostgreSql : have a look at pb-hba.conf.
But in any case, you should look at DB log file : you should get reason why connection was refused.
